COURSE SYNOPSIS
This course addresses the needs of Senior Office Administrators with the knowledge and skills for effective supervision in order increase productivity, reduce absenteeism and waste, reduce and eliminate workplace conflict, and develop a culture of high productivity. The focus of the course is on the role and responsibility of the supervisor, the roles of those being supervised, and reporting requirements.
